I am seeing a little bit of increase on the number of our homes on the market. So what that means is if you were a buyer and you were looking and you got frustrated and you lost a lot of biding wars, I recommend you go back on the market and try it again. Because as more homes come on the market, you are going to have less competition because there’s going to be less number of offers on the property and your offer may get accepted this time. And if you are a seller, don’t wait longer because as more homes comes on the market, you are going to have more competition and if the interest rates increase, you’re going to have less number of buyers who are able to afford your home. So this is a perfect scenario for you to list your home and get the top dollar.
