This increase outperformed the national average of 5.5%, showing a strong housing market in the region, particularly for owners of detached single-family houses, who saw significant appreciation in their property values, outpacing increases in all other major cities across the country.
This means that if you own a detached single-family home in San Diego, your property’s value has likely risen even more, making it a good investment.
