I’ve noticed some properties are selling off the market. These sellers are actually losing money. They’re leaving money on the table by not showing their homes to all available buyers. So, if you’re selling your house, you want to make sure you give at least one to two weeks. So, for all available buyers to see the house, there are some buyers coming from out of town over the weekend to come and look at properties in San Diego. So it’s important you show your house at least for one to two weeks to make sure you’re getting the top dollar for your household.
