Fairbanks Ranch is a 24-hour guard-gated community of 618 custom estate homes on roughly 1,200 acres in Rancho Santa Fe. Located south of the Rancho Santa Fe Covenant and divided into north and south sides by San Dieguito Road; the south side is entirely residential, while the north side is home to the community clubhouse, tennis courts, and private access to Solana Santa Fe Elementary.
