I’ll give you a quick update about what’s happening in our San Diego real estate market. Specifically here in Carmel Valley, zip code 92130. So I looked at the data, I compared July 2024 versus July 2025, and I noticed that we have 15% more homes on the market. And it’s 30% longer to sell. So what does this mean? It means if you’re a seller, you need to price your home correctly from day 1. So that way you don’t have to have a price reduction and avoid dropping your price so quickly. Patience is very important in today’s market, and that’s something we’re seeing that a lot of people are lacking. Both buyers and sellers are lacking patience this year because they want the property to sell very quickly because they are used to the old market where properties would sell in one week in San Diego, but that is not the case this year.
