Rancho Santa Fe Meadows is a gated residential and equestrian community of approximately 15 custom estate homes located along Via De Santa Fe and El Apajo in the Fairbanks Ranch area of Rancho Santa Fe, just south of The River Estates and immediately east of the Morgan Run (Whispering Palms) golf course. Every residence was custom built, most between 1998 and 2007. Architecture throughout leans Spanish and Mediterranean, with a handful of more contemporary custom estates, in both 1 and 2-story configurations. I-5 is roughly 10-15 minutes away via the Del Mar Heights Road or Via de la Valle exits, connecting easily to Del Mar, Solana Beach, and greater San Diego, and the beaches of Del Mar are less than 7 miles from the community. Families here are zoned for Solana Santa Fe Elementary School and Earl Warren Middle School and Torrey Pines High School. Private school options nearby include Horizon Prep and The Nativity School.
Rancho Santa Fe Meadows carries one of the lightest HOA structures of any gated luxury community in the area, with dues reported at roughly $504 per year, notably low for estate-sized lots with private gate access. Homes in Rancho Santa Fe starts at $7.5M for a 6-bedroom, 6,668-square-foot estate, and the community’s largest custom compounds on the biggest lots commanding considerably more.
