Rancho Farms Estates is a gated community of around 36 luxury homes in the Rancho Santa Fe area of San Diego, situated east of Rancho Diegueno Road, south of San Dieguito Road, north of Carmel Valley Road, and west of Camino Del Sur. The neighborhood is arranged into several separately gated cul-de-sacs, including streets such as Calle Montelibano and Roxbury Terrace—and was built out primarily in the mid-1990s through the early 2000s. Rancho Farms Estates is a custom and semi-custom 1-2 story homes, architectural styles vary ranging from Mediterranean and Spanish Colonial influences to contemporary and California ranch design. Homes here range from roughly 3,198-13,500+ square feet, offer 3-8 bedrooms, and sit on generous lots from about 1.5-3 acres, with many enjoying golf course, canyon, and/or hillside views.
Rancho Farms Estates enjoys a central North County location.
